Model of Coast Guard ship DN 2000

The multi-purpose coast guard ship DN 2000 has an advanced and modern design that fully meets international standards. 

DN 2000 has the functions and tasks of patrolling and protecting the sovereignty of seas and islands, and law enforcement in Viet Nam's seas and continental shelf, searching and rescuing in Viet Nam and international waters when required, rescuing and towing ships in distress with a displacement of up to 2,200 tons. 

The DN 2000 ship operates in the seas and continental shelf of Viet Nam with unlimited range, in wind conditions of level 12, continuous time at sea is 40 days and nights, and a range of 5,000 nautical miles. 

The model of the Coast Guard ship DN 2000 belongs to the Viet Nam Coast Guard Command, manufactured and assembled by Song Thu Corporation (Ministry of National Defense) and presented to the People's Committee of Hoang Sa District in response to the Campaign to donate documents and artifacts to Hoang Sa Exhibition House (July 3, 2016).
